The theme, BEYOND: Love Surpassing (Ephesians 3:14–21), builds on the work that God began last year and marks the first General Assembly of the new triennium as we live into our new structure. Join us online alone or with others at a local assembly gathering in your area for vital worship, discernment, and connection.

Register to participate as we are further “rooted and established in love” that surpasses knowledge. The cost is $30 per attendee.
Frequently Asked Questions
  • My congregation is thinking about being a Local Gathering site. What's required?

If you are interested in hosting a local gathering at your church and have not already been in touch with your regional minister, please complete this form. The information will be shared with your regional minister.

Duration: While it is wonderful to host both time frames on Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11, it is not required that a site host Friday and Saturday. Some local gatherings may host a gathering on Saturday but not Friday.

Food: Disciples are people of the table. Local gathering sites are encouraged to have communion available on Saturday for closing worship. Aside from communion, food is not required. Attendees may bring their own food or secure it from a vendor nearby. For sites that wish to provide food, a light snack or dinner is recommended on Friday and lunch is recommended on Saturday.

  • I am a Congregational or Regional Tech Team Leader. How do I secure more information to help me? How do I sign up to help others?

If you are interested in volunteering to help a congregation in your area as a tech volunteer, please sign up here.

The recording from the tech training session and the tech requirements guide are forthcoming. Stay tuned. They will be posted here soon.

  • Where should my Congregation submit the names of voting delegates?

GA-2518 Changes to the Special Rules of the General Assembly: “Congregations will appoint three delegates to serve three-year terms, in which they will engage in dialogue, discernment, and prayer.”

The names of regional and congregational voting delegates may be submitted in ALEX beginning in mid-April. Clergy with standing serve as voters and will be automatically included.

  • When is the Exhibit Hall open?

The Exhibit Hall is open at all times. Dedicated times have been allocated to encourage engagement with our General Ministries, Regional Ministries, and Ministry Partners.
